I had the most AMAZING eggplant parmigiana last night at DiVino in North Augusta SC (I know shocking place to have great Italian). The restaurant is owned by the nicest couple the husband who is the chef is from Italy so the food is authentic Italian. The wife who runs the front of the restaurant is from France and she’s such an elegant host who always makes us feel welcomed. If you are in the area I highly recommend trying DiVino. In the next few days I will also post a recipe recreation of this exquisite dish. I’m testing recipes tonight so wish me luck!!
